Slept ok, even if not enough hours. A friend from Germany is visiting this week so he joined us for the work dinner last night. Another busy day today so only time for the commute run in. Had an Allie sighting just off of Foothill.

Always tough to go from "weekend sleep" to "work sleep". We have another visiting speaker today so another dinner and meetings... That also means getting in extra early. It was amazing but I saw the most people out this morning than I have in a long time. Especially for a 5:30am start to the run. Have a great week...

Cross training day. My wife and I decided to brave the snow and actually shoveled our drive. It too 2.5 hr because of the ice and the fact that we are a corner house so just a bit extra sidewalk. Then an hour of sledding with my daughter. Finished it off with a Memory Grove loop with John from lab. All and all a good weekend. Now back to the grind...
