PM: A nice long run after a nice long week. Oh wait it is only Thursday... My seminar went fine. I wish I would have had the full hour as the last few months I've finally been generating some exciting stuff. Being the perfectionist I am I was initially disappointed that I had not gotten everything across to the audience but I have already received some good e-mail feedback so I think it was more limited by time. Oh wait this is a running not science blog. The run was south loop with John. Good conversation.

The other good reason to keep track of the work stuff is for relative stress levels and their affects on training. One thing I find amusing is that this was one of my most demanding work weeks with the two talks but I also managed to run my highest mileage week in awhile. I honestly think the added mileage helped me get through the stress. I also find it amazing looking at things like this and then hearing people complain that they do not have time to exercise at all...
