AM: Just giving my legs some more rest. Into work very early to set up then back home for the Parley's loop. Followed by a short hike at the top of Millcreek. Mi 7-R2 Avg. 9:18

PM: After a day of driving around and seeing the Salt Lake and the Copper Pit home for a SH loop. I always say that I don't watch my food, however I know I eat healthy most of the time because when I don't I really feel it. I had hot dogs for lunch and Panda Express for dinner with a bunch of Pepsi and man I felt like my guts were going to come out the whole way. Mi 5-R2 Avg. 8:57

Adam, do you know of any flatish trails in the area that would be good for faster runs?

From Adam RW on Thu, Jul 17, 2008 at 15:20:41

Eric, For flat I just stick with Liberty Park loops. This is boring but it is flat. Otherwise I have not found many good alternitives. I do like going up to Park City and the Rail Trail. You can run out a slight down and back a slight up. I've heard the Jordan River trail is nice and flat but haven't been out there... Hope this helps.

But the food was good right? I think it's okay to not be so strict on food, because it doesn't make life fun if your always watching everything. I'm the same way I eat healthy most of the time, but I like to indulge in other bad foods or not so good foods as well. Anyway, nice run and I'm catching up on your blog.

Thanks for the route info.

Funny that you went to the copper pit. We are hosting family this week and took them there also.

Kory, Yes I like it from time to time. Food has always been our main indulgence, meaning we like to go out to eat. However, when we go on trips or have visitors we tend to get a lot of fast food all a couple days in a row and it tastes good but I feel horrible (physically) mentally I'm like whatever it's food.

Eric, That is funny. It was my first time there. It was interesting. It amazed me how much effort went into getting such little product (kind of like science...). This morning we went to Antelope Island and now while everyone else naps I'm actually in lab doing a transfection. (I know I'm sick...). Tomorrow we are going to the caves in Provo.
