Single: Back to my usual 7-hrs of sleep. Feeling better today. Still congested but my throat wasn’t as sore. By the PM I was feeling good enough for a run. My legs were FLAT! My quads just didn’t want to go, so I pushed them into gear for 2-miles (5:56, 5:48) it felt good to go that quick after a few days of living as a sloth. It wasn’t easy but it wasn’t as hard as I was expecting either so that is a good sign. Mi 8-R2 Avg. 7:13 HR 152

Good to here you got out today and are feeling better. I tried cranking out a few fast miles today too.

My wife said she would fast her coffee Saturday and pray that we would make our time goal. But she did say I had to call her right after crossing the finishing line so that she can have her first cup of coffee for the day.

What's your longest run going to be this week and what type of run? If you run it on the course let me know how the wind conditions are.

Assuming I'm still improving health wise I was planning 10-13 with 4-6 at pace on Sat. I will run it on the course. Probably miles 2-7, they are the most convenient from my house and are a good mix of fast and slow. We'll see. I woke up this morning with no congestion but I only got 6-hrs of sleep last night do to a broken ice maker in my freezer...

Tell your wife thank you. It is appreciated.
