Single: Best breathing day in about 2-wks, another 8-hrs sleep. Picked a bad time to run though, it started SNOWING at about 1pm. The only time I had to run during the day was 3pm. At that time it was then doing a combo of sleet/hail/snow with a good wind. About 1.5-miles into the run the hail let up and by about 4 miles into the run the wind let up a little. Just took the run nice and easy. Still no word from Devine, I hope that my defense of them doesn’t prove to be unwarranted. Sandra says just wait until Friday when I can talk to someone in person... I’ll try but my nerves about the start are definitely in full affect. Mi 6-T1 Avg. 7:35 HR 139

Nice run in the not so fun conditions. The nerves really start to build-up the last few days. Hopefully we can bottle it for the race. I hope your getting plenty of rest.

What are you waiting to hear about from Devine?

From Adam RW on Wed, Apr 16, 2008 at 13:28:45

Jon, Nothing big. I've just sent a few e-mails asking basic race day stuff. Main thing is that we are on board, if there is anything special for the start, water stations, etc that we may have access to like the runners of St. George did.

From Adam RW on Wed, Apr 16, 2008 at 22:28:07

Jon, I'm thinking it is just taper madness. However, I'm curious how come neither Kory, Dave, nor myself have heard back to our requests for info...
