Single: Droppin LSD with Chad'n the Sub-bloggers on the Jordon River Parkway. This was my first time out there and there is a good amount of nice "flat" running. My behind was not happy with me running at all today after the race and by the end of the run the rest of my body was chiming in that they were in agreement. That being said it was a good chunk of distance and a bunch of fun conversation, a good way to end the week. Mi 18-R2 Avg. recovery

Adam - You've had an excellent week and what better way to end it with a good long recovery run with great conversation. I wish I lived closer so I could do some long run training with you guys.

Very nice week Adam, and again a great race performance.
