Still having troubles sleeping. Even independent of the baby wake-ups. I fell asleep a little easier than the night before but still took longer than I would have liked. Then again I woke up a few additional times. The strangest part is even with the sleep the way it has been I've been waking up about 30-45 min before my alarm clock. In any case I dragged myself out the door. It was much nicer than the last few mornings. Even with one less layer I was pretty warm by the end of the run. Took it very slow as I think I was still mostly asleep. Not to go make breakfast and then get the family up and fed before church. Avg. 8:52 HR 131

Great run and enjoy your service and family today. Your really start to comeback to the running. That's great!

Jon, Good catch. Maybe just wishful thinking. I've been stuck just below 6hrs. I think I function best on 7hr though, 8hrs is just dreamland. I know I shouldn't talk about such sick things to you of all people :)

8 would be nice. I'm happy with 5-6 these days.

5 is doable but everything slides and I think tha is when I start tempting injury. At least the weather is turning around for us. I'm sure that will make your early morning runs easier to bare.
