Didn't end up doing the SLRC 5K. My wife still did but between the cold weather and early start opted to stay home and make waffles with my kids. After that did the Japan Festival downtown. Overall good morning with a very random run to finish it off. Legs sore but this is my highest mileage week in well over a year and had the faster run on Thur so overall very good. In fact it is my longest since the week of Jan 17th 2010 and it will be a while till I get to that again (54 mi).

What is this?!? I miss your blog for a few weeks, and all of a sudden you're throwing down 45 mile weeks? Nice.

It's about time I try and make a comeback. It has been way too long... I may even race a half this year!
