Get under 3 hours one more time...
Grew up outside Chicago and joined the blog while I lived in Salt Lake City. Now living outside Birmingham. I am married with two daughters. Wife thinks I'm crazy for doing marathons. And yes I am crazy I'm a scientist for a living...
A busier day than I thought... Only time for a few miles from home.
5 hrs sleep and 3.5 run...not bad for a busy dad. The weather was so nice tonight.
I try my best. It is harder some days to maintain that balance.
Good thing you have running to keep your head straight through all your work!
Dave, Thank you. It sure helps. I see you have been running up a storm. Are you shooting for UVM?
