Smart even if you don't want to. It's crazy what we do to just want to run healthy. Sometimes just getting out there to run for fun is the best. Because we get intense with training and find favor over that and that it will always be like that, then when you get injured it humbles you. Now running at any pace is a benefit without pain.

This is definitely a humbling experience. When you can't even run one block at the pace you used to run a marathon it puts everything in perspective and in hindsight really makes me thankful for what I had.

I agree Adam RW (humbling). I ran 10 miles last week in torture. Every step was painful and my best mile for the whole run was a 10 minute mile.
