AM: Yes, that sleep duration is correct. I was burning the candles at both ends a bit too much last night/this morning... Commute run in.

Maybe Saturday night. I'm ok if I stay over 6hr, under 5hr is a bit much... For the most part the scrapes are not bad. A few of my left ribs are bugging me but they are much better today than yesterday so I'm expecting a full recovery by next week.

I'm glad I'm getting more than 5 these days. Not more than 6 usually, but not under 5. Someday we'll be able to sleep 9 hrs a night, man. Although, we'll be so used to waking up early that we'll still not sleep much.

Hey Jon, Good to hear from you. I also say there will be plenty of time to sleep when we are dead. I have managed to get some good weekend sleep lately. It does seem though that even though I can survive on 5-6 hr I perform so much better on 6-7 hr.
