AM: Another busy day. With the school year starting again there are a lot of meetings and grant deadlines coming up so work really hit me like a sledge hammer. I'm actually there again (now at 9:30pm). In the morning I had to get some things going and didn't get out for my run until ~11am. I ran home to check on Sandra as today was Kaitlyn's first day of school... My knee was the same amount of tight. I think because of some compensation during the race my left ankle is now acting up but just a bunch of aches and pains of an "old man"... Mi 5-R3

PM: After bedtime ran to suicide rock and back. Strecthed iced and now back in lab. Hopefully I'll get out of here sooner than last night... Mi 4-R1

Sorry that your schedule is crazy, and I know also working at an University that my life has been upside down the last couple of weeks.

Nice runs and I hope you get some sleep and the knee thing heals.

Thanks Kory. Your continued support helps a lot. My knee thing is more about proper management than healing. It has been a problem for as long as I can remember. I just complain about it less some days than others :)...

Adam- are you still ok with me crashing at your place Fri night? I need your phone number so I can call to arrange everything.

From jtshad on Wed, Sep 03, 2008 at 16:16:34

Hey, don't go and try stealing my "old man" excuse!

From Adam RW on Wed, Sep 03, 2008 at 16:22:10

Jon, I sent you a direct e-mail.

Jeff, I knew that excuse wouldn't fly here. I'm sure I'm on the young end of the age spectrum on the blog as a whole.

From AdamsMom on Wed, Sep 03, 2008 at 16:43:04

Don't go rubbing it in, baby.

From Jon on Wed, Sep 03, 2008 at 16:44:45

Busted, twice.

Got your email- I'll call you tonight or tomorrow.
