Good run... and I'll keep praying for that knee. It's good to let your emotion out so if you want to let it out go for it. It's healthy and your not holding it in.

I'm still keeping my pace slow and easy this week as well. I might do some track work next week, maybe 800's.

Sorry to hear the knee is still hurting (I agree with Kory, this is a forum where people understand your frustration on this). Hoping for some more recovery soon so you can rock SGM. I am going to miss running with such a great group of guys down there this year!

Jeff, You will be missed (I have yet to run a race alongside you) the relays are good but not a lot of face time. However, I think you are making the right decision. Go and make the best of your new age group!
