AM: Commute run with Chad sighting.

PM: From lab in the late PM, FireHouse mile shake out (5:02.18; HR 173). I'm starting to think the the HR for the half was off... Today's run. I started pre-run ~57bpm, then a block into the run I saw 165bpm! I adjusted the strap and it immediately went down to 132bpm. Even the hard mile only hit 173 and my average for the run was 8:33 pace with 139 HR. Now to get home. Hopefully tomorrow is more productive than the rest of this week has been...

Steve, Yes it is. I have it on the course tool. A 5:02 is about equivalent to a flat 5:24...

Clyde, Very tempting. I was planning on something a little longer on Sat but would be more than happy to switch days for the company. I have a meeting at ~9am I can't miss though. If you want we could meet at the gate house of City Creek. I'll send you my cell phone number again. There is a trail/road loop we could do or just up and down on the road. I know longish in this group can mean 12-30 mi so we can plan accordingly and if I have to duck out I will...
