Just into lab in the early morning so Sandra could have the car. Maybe tomorrow I'll actually wear my Garmin and add on to a full three. I know it is crazy but I might just have to do it. The day was way to long and I had a bad start. It didn't turn around until about 3pm and then it was almost over. I'll be working more tonight but need to have my aims outlined before the end of the week...

3 miles?!? The INSANITY!!! :)

From Adam RW on Tue, Nov 25, 2008 at 21:36:53

You're right Jon. I was blind but now I see. My hunger got the best of me and I was shooting way over my head. Hopefully I'll come to my senses by the morning...

From Jon on Wed, Nov 26, 2008 at 00:07:28

Join me. I'm in the midst of 10 "lost days" with no running.

From Adam RW on Wed, Nov 26, 2008 at 09:41:16

Not only that but I can't find your blog? When I type in Jon on the blog list only the other Jons come up and when I click on your name above it directs me to the log-in page?

From wheakory on Wed, Nov 26, 2008 at 13:22:40

I think we should all quit running for the week and just eat, and all our blogs will be lost. :-) It's turkey week so that gives us an excuse.

Any miles you get are good and your saving gas.

From Jon on Thu, Nov 27, 2008 at 10:01:09

Yeah, I put my blog private to see if anyone would notice.

Have a very Happy Thanksgiving, Adam, and eat lots of food!

From Adam RW on Thu, Nov 27, 2008 at 11:33:08

Kory, I'll take you up on the extra food. But the no running I think I've had enough of.

Jon, I noticed and I want you back! I don't check blogs everyday like I had been but I do try and check people at least once a week. How long did it take me to notice? I thought the radio silence was the trip to FL...

Adam have a Happy Thanksgiving.
