Looks like you're recovering well. Thanks for posting the Garmin to your race report for last years Wild Stampede 5K. Looks pretty brutal during the last mile. I'm not sold on that race but if you're doing it we could push each other. If you'd rather do a track workout or tempo run instead I'd be up for that too.

Because our friend works for the zoo we planned on supporting it either way. Also, my grandparents are in town so we can all four race. In fact I just submitted the registrations... The price goes up this Friday. There is a new guy at work that also already registered. He predicts going 17:30 for a 5K but if he is fully adapted to the elevation I think he will go faster than that.

Good deal, thanks for letting me know. I will make sure I've got the morning open and will likely sign up tomorrow or Thursday. It could be fun, we are very close in ability over the shorter distances. You'd eat my lunch in a 1/2 or full though.

I've also been racing a few more years. I bet you get your longer PRs under mine, just like your 5K.
