Long run, all things relative. Full night's sleep and then breakfast with the family. Kaitlyn and I then went for a run to the park. We stopped to feed the geese and watch a guy fly his model airplane and helicopter. The weather was perfect today. I'm now in lab as I have a mock up of my next meeting on Monday and have to have my poster prepared (including a new set of data that I didn't even get until last night). So I'll have a work filled weekend. The run overall went fine. We kept it very slow and my knee is definitely tight now I'll stretch a second time tonight.

I hope that things go well for you and you don't have to work too hard over the weekend. You have great patience in your running and that's going to get you back out there fast.

Have good rest of the weekend and enjoy your family.

Thanks Kory. I was able to spend the afternoon with my family. Then after dinner I headed back into lab. I only have about another hour then I'll call it the night and finish the rest tomorrow... So it goes. I hope that you are feeling better. It is awesome that you won your race today while under the weather.
