Adam I was also having some inconsistencies with my heart rate moniter even when I was sure it was plenty moist. I tightened my chest strap up a little more and it's been very consistent since. It was tight enough to make good contact before. Now it is tight enough to be a little uncomfortable when I put it on but I don't seem to notice it while I'm running. It may be something to try if you have any more problems.

Smart man! Since you've been fatigued this will help. Also be a benefit for your long run.

I'm planning I think to run the Salt Lake Marathon so I will see you there. I was debating on the Provo half or this, but a family out of town commitment came up where I can't run the Provo half so I decided to run the SLC full.

Kory, That's good news. It will be great to see more friendly faces at the start line and having more people to run with. I'm not sure what my legs were up to this week. The day off helped. Today I actually planned a little shorter as well. I pushed a few miles early but never really felt there. Later today I'll put the full story on the run...
