Single: No that isn't a typo, I made sure to get 8hrs of sleep last night. Still a little sluggish this morning anyway. I will try and go to sleep as early as possible tonight but it may be difficult (especially with all the rest last night :-)). After doing a few things in lab I went out the door toward home. Stopped to see Kaitlyn's Playdough waterfall and continued on. I even sort of got rain the last mile, if you could call it raining... Mi 6 R2-Avg. 8:29

That's cool about the Playdough waterfall very creative. I love playdough you can do so many things with it.

Lets make a pack that will both at least get 8 hours of sleep tonight to be ready for tomorrow?

From Adam RW on Aug 08, 2008 at 13:58:30

Kory, I would love to but I just realized I would have to go to sleep at 6:30 to get a full 8hrs. Like they say it is 2-nights before a race not the night before...

From Jon on Aug 08, 2008 at 14:22:56

You are getting up at 2:30?

Man, I can't name the last time I had 8 hours of sleep. Lucky.

From Adam RW on Aug 08, 2008 at 14:57:27

Jon, Maybe that is way nothing was working this week. I can’t even do simple addition and subtraction… I’m getting up at 3:30am.

From Jon on Aug 08, 2008 at 15:09:43

"Maybe that is way nothing was working this week"

You can say that again... whatever it means.

From Adam RW on Aug 08, 2008 at 15:11:10

I've been complaining about work. I thought even on the blog. It seems like that was the most successful thing going for me (complaining about the other stuff that is).

From josse on Aug 08, 2008 at 20:19:44

I got almost 10 hours of sleep last night... I beat you are all jealous. And I get to sleep in until after 4 in the morning. hehehe

From Jon on Aug 08, 2008 at 20:22:00

Rub it in, Josse, rub it in.

From Adam RW on Aug 08, 2008 at 21:41:39

But if you only get up at 4, you'll still be asleep by the start. By getting up so early I'll be fully warmed up (or at least I can keep telling myself that).

From wheakory on Aug 08, 2008 at 22:00:32

I'm going to get 8 hours if it kills me tonight. My family went swimming and I stayed home because of the late nights from work is catching up to me. I was completely dead with no energy today. I don't know how I will perform tomorrow. But I will get to bed soon.

Adam God bless you tomorrow and have the race of your life.

From AdamsMom on Aug 09, 2008 at 12:55:32

From wheakory's mouth to God's ear.

Can't wait for the details. I'll make sure to have my cell phone with me this time.

Race report???

From Adam RW on Aug 09, 2008 at 21:13:19

Kory, Thank you for for the support and wishes.

Mom, I hope this was a good b-day present.

Jon, The race actually killed me and this is my ghost typing. Actually I did collapse to sleep when I got home and then had family errands all day. I'm actually no in work and will try and get the report out before I leave...

From Adam RW on Aug 09, 2008 at 23:45:08

Jon and Kory, The report is finally up, I hope you enjoy.
