Single: Overall a great day. Slept in and then went for a walk with the family in Miller Park again. It is so relaxing down there with the water and the cool shade. Then we did brunch. While Kaitlyn napped I ran up City Creek. It just gets better the farther up you go. Previously I've always turned around well before the 4 mile mark. Today I kept going all the way to area 29. It is so nice up there. The rest of the day was spent relaxing with family. Mi 12-R2 Avg. 8:04

Great run, and spending time with your family. How are you going to train this week to get ready for WBR. Also thank you for your injury advice.

Kory, My "training" for this week consists of staying healthy. I'm not going to do anything special. I'm actually going to shoot for less mileage. I have a busy work week so I need to focus on rest and just getting to the line feeling mentally prepared. As with a marathon I don't think there is anything you can do race week to get better.
