Single: Well two down and many more to go. This run was about the same as yesterday. It is amazing what a few days off will do. My calves were actually a little tight today. I had to go back into work as I have a "big" meeting tomorrow so I ran from lab to MG and back starting at 8:30pm. Mi 6-R3 Avg. 8:16

Nice workout Adam, and way to take the recovery nice and easy. Sounds like your knee is on its way back. It's amazing how new shoes can affect a component on your body and disrupt the whole motion and cause problems. Good luck and keep the runs simple.

Just remember what a great Half Marathon you ran a few weeks ago, because you'll still be right back at that same performance. Man! you really smoked that race. Treat this as a good recovery from the race :-)
