I think I looked at my watch and it was ~7:15... the clouds above Emigration Canyon looked like they were on fire. Very cool... it got me all jazzed up for the day!

It was a beautiful start to the day.

What are the plans for Sunday? Are you getting people together for a group run? Earlier the better for me. It will have to be easier for me though I'm going to beat my legs up at The Running of the Leopards tomorrow...

And I'm gonna beat up my legs with a long tempo run tomorrow.

I'll see how I'm feeling in the afternoon and get in touch with you... I might opt to just sleep in as late as possible on Sunday :-)

No worries either way. Right now the only thing you need for your training is rest and recovery, 24 days and counting...
