Went to sleep as early as Kristen would let us and then slept in as she decided to sleep a full 7.5 hrs. So overall I was pretty rested. I did the commuter run in to lab this morning and felt pretty good. Slow but not much pain.

You two both seem to be hitting some good training. I hope with the improvement of the weather and the lack of additional pain in my knee I'll be up there again with you soon.
