Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back under 3 for my next marathon, September 2018; Berlin!

The charity I am running for is "Team for Kids".
I have until Sept 5th to meet my pledge goal ($2,000).
What they do is work through school-based programs, free youth events, and a collection of digital resources to bring free running and fitness programs to students across the country.

Because of the crappy air I opted for a treadmill run today. I changed the speed every half mile up and down to mix it up. I think it is my first run of this distance under 7min pace in a long time.

Air still crappy but I have to get into work. Cut the commute short though and just went through mid-campus. A little overdressed but the news had the windchill at 10F.

Well the air hadn't cleared out as much as I thought yesterday. C5 said one thing but TWC and everyone else said something else. In any case I was hoping the snow would come early so that I could have "clear" skies for my run today. I waited as long as I could and it did start snowing during the run but I'm sure too late. I did a very modified home loop in an attempt to find a movie from a Redbox that was working, needed a break after a good writing day...
