Grew up outside Chicago and joined the blog while I lived in Salt Lake City. Now living outside Birmingham. I am married with two daughters. Wife thinks I'm crazy for doing marathons. And yes I am crazy I'm a scientist for a living...
Wanted to run but family time and had to work to make up for some of the sick time last week.
Hit the ground running. Got a lot done today and partially made up for last week. But also did not want a repeat of that laziness. So treadmill run in the evening.
Woke up before alarm. Worked a little and then a twisty run close to home. Needed to get a lot done today so kept it short.
Avg. 9:04 HR 139
Up before alarm again. But two deadlines today so straight into work. Squeezed in a treadmill run in the evening.
Hit a hard treadmill run. Because of work/time constraints still only 3 miles though.
Only time to squeeze in 3 mi. But schedules worked out that I ran with Sandra.
Avg. 8:42 HR 145
Very random trip to St. Louis. Arrived late last night and then up talking. Still woke up because I had work to do while visiting. Did a run with Michelle along the river.
