Grew up outside Chicago and joined the blog while I lived in Salt Lake City. Now living outside Birmingham. I am married with two daughters. Wife thinks I'm crazy for doing marathons. And yes I am crazy I'm a scientist for a living...
Solo evening loop.
Wanted to push it after a slow day. Usual loop.
Loop with Josh and Rebecca. Slightly cooler.
Loop. Met a new guy, Ricky, for first mile.
Broken record, same as Tue (and almost every other Tue/Thu)...
Mixed it up a little with a bunch of extra mini loops.
Very early morning trail run with no headlamp so took the first miles easy until the sun came up.
